The Mission of the little smiles is to be a preferred choice for the preventive and therapeutic dental needs of children.

  • To offer an overall satisfactory experience to patients by answering the phone calls promptly, reconfirming their appointments, reducing their waiting time in the clinic, maintaining a friendly and helpful atmosphere at the clinic, etc.
  • To train and motivate the staff to maintain excellent communication with the patients, referring practitioners, persons from the laboratories and the suppliers.
  • To plan the financial aspects effectively.
  • To retain the staff on the basis of loyalty, honesty, sincerity and usefulness.

  • To upgrade the skills, technology and quality regularly.

At little smiles, we ensure

  • Delivery of comprehensive care: All patients are considered for full mouth treatment planning including preventive care with due importance to behaviour assessment and modification. We believe in treating children and not just teeth!
  • Efficiency in work: At little smiles, Thane alone, we can cater to more than 1000 appointments per month, up to 40 patients in a session and still the average waiting time and chair-time of a child just about 15 and 22 minutes, respectively! This can only result from efficient team orchestration.
  • Consistency in the quality of care: Each member having specified roles and responsibilities, the work is planned to yield a standardized optimal output. Since we have standardized the treatment protocols and most team members have been in the system for a long time, the care quality is consistent.
  • Patient safety: Our utmost concern is safety and satisfaction of our patients. We have strict infection control measures. We believe in obtaining proper medical history prior to starting dental treatment. As per the ISO requirements, we check the clinic swabs, air and water, and staff health, routinely.
  • Meticulous data management: Various records are maintained appropriately such as the infection control (autoclave and fumigation) registers, purchase books, cash books, patient feedback forms, staff appraisal records, computerized as well as case papers entries of patient-work, etc.
  • Continuous upgradation and futuristic planning: little smiles is a learning organization! We learn from our past mistakes as well as the new skills each team member acquires. We also take into account patients’ feedback very seriously! We only wish to improve and expand our services. We are soon coming up with more branches!
